Course credit transfer options

To assist Wisconsin Technical College students in furthering their academic and career goals, 91´«Ã½ participates in a course-to-course agreement with . The WAICU-WTCS Course Credit Transfer Agreement is designed to ensure a smooth transfer process for WTCS students who wish to pursue a degree at 91´«Ã½. The 14 courses in the agreement will satisfy general education or general degree requirements when applicable. Students are responsible for confirming that these courses transfer to their intended major by working with their academic advisor.

91´«Ã½ is a part of the Joint Commitment to Accept Military Credit, which details how 15 participating WAICU member institutions award transfer credit to veterans for Basic Training, Advanced Training, and/or for Defense Activity for Non-Traditional Education Support (DANTES) Subject Standardized Tests (DSSTs). Frequently Asked Questions:

We work to ensure that you receive credit for as much of your prior coursework as possible. Our Registrar will consider courses from an accredited institution with a minimum grade of C. We also will work with you to transfer any courses that you took pass/fail. 

You can also find which institutions 91´«Ã½ accepts transfer credits from.

For students currently in their final semester, we will need official transcripts once your official grades have been posted. For students who aren't currently enrolled at a college, official transcripts should be requested from all previously attended institutions and submitted during the admissions process.

Each student's path is different, and we will review your past coursework to give you an estimate of what your time to completion would look like. 

Yes! The majority of our transfer students are awarded scholarships based on their academic history. Merit-based scholarships are awarded to students who have at least a cumulative 2.3 GPA and have earned at least 12 college credits.

Most undergraduate courses are offered Monday-Friday during the day. But your schedule could allow you to work on campus or off campus during the weekends and in the evening.
